DAS LARROQUE-KUNSTFESTIVAL
2009–heute
Das jährliche Internationale Kunstfestival, das im alten Postamt und Rathaus von Larroque in Südwestfrankreich beheimatet ist – wo Moorland Productions ein Studio und einen Galerie-/Projektraum betreibt –, begrüßt seit 2009 über 500 Künstlerinnen und Künstler aus aller Welt, die zeitgenössische Werke in den Bereichen Installation, Netzkunst, Skulptur, Malerei, Video und anderen Medien ausstellen. Es gibt in der Regel ein Thema und einen offenen Aufruf zur Einreichung von Beiträgen. Künstlerinnen und Künstler können ihre Arbeiten entweder per Post senden, elektronisch übermitteln oder persönlich mitbringen. Jedes Jahr finden Künstlertreffen, gemeinsame Abendessen, Exkursionen zu lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Möglichkeit zum Netzwerken und zur Planung zukünftiger Projekte statt. Das Festival fördert sowohl junge als auch etablierte Künstlerinnen und Künstler, sich in ländlicher Umgebung und familiärer Atmosphäre zu treffen und auszutauschen.

THE FROZEN ACADEMY
2008–heute
Ein fortlaufendes, kollaboratives Netzwerkprojekt mit Josef Danek, Professor für Experimentelles Zeichnen an der Kunstakademie Ostrava, Tschechien, und Studierenden. Das 2008 in Larroque gegründete informelle Netzwerk hat bereits rund 70 internationale Projekte und Ausstellungen in Prag, Brünn, Leeds, London, Larroque, Berlin, Korea und Zypern realisiert. Es nutzt moderne Kommunikations- und elektronische Medien in Kombination mit traditionellen Medien wie Video, Performance und Text. Ein verbindendes Element ist das transnationale „Netzwerk-Essen“, das im Mittelpunkt vieler Veranstaltungen steht.

Die Frozen Academy ist ein nomadisches Kreativprojekt, das auf Konzepten der Translokalität und der verteilten künstlerischen Praxis basiert.

THE MOORLAND PRESS
2003–heute
Der Moorland Press Verlag wurde 2003 als Imprint von Moorland Productions gegründet und veröffentlicht Kataloge der eigenen Werke sowie die von Künstlerkollegen. Design, Fotografie, Layout und Lektorat erfolgen komplett im eigenen Haus. Die Auflage ist in der Regel auf ca. 1000 Exemplare begrenzt. Alle Publikationen sind mit ISBN-Nummern versehen und werden an die nationalen Bibliotheken Großbritanniens geliefert. Sie sind außerdem direkt bei Moorland Productions erhältlich.

MOORLAND CDs / DVDs
2003 - onwards
Moorland Productions is a creative artistic partnership which primarily makes its own on-going artwork. A key idea is that we make everything ourselves, including the publication and distribution of our work. As such we produce a variety of film DVDs, Audio CDs, PDF/Powerpoint catalogues and web-sites of our work, projects and sometimes that of fellow artists and collaborators. We have collaborated with: ACOSS Centre for Social Art in Yerevan, Armenia, The Espai Sant' Marc in Mallorca, Spain, The Water Tower Arts Festival in Sofia, Bulgaria, The Frozen Academy (Brno/Prague and elsewhere), East London Late Starters Orchestra, Cyprus College of Art, The Lacuna Art Studios, and the Lanzarote Arts Festival, Lanzarote, Bernard O'Neill (Bozas International Productions), The Grauhlet "Rues d'Été Festival, France, The One Minutes Foundation Amsterdam and many more. We are also part of the XVI Collective, a artist group based in London and New York. All the design, photography, layout, editing and production is done in-house. Numbers are limited to individual/on-demand and are available directly from Moorland Productions.
THE LAF COOKBOOK

Currently underway, Moorland Productions is collecting recipes and artworks from some of the 500 artists who have collaborated and exhibited with LAF (Larroque Arts Festival) over the last 10 years to prepare the LAF Cookbook - an international project linking art, creativity and food. A recurring feature of Moorland Productions/LAF/Frozen Academy events is the unifying factor of a collaborative meal, prepared together or remotely via the internet. The LAF cookbook will present a selection of these recipes from some of the fifty countries represented at LAF together with original artwork created specially for the cookbook. The central text will be printed digitally and distributed via Amazon print-on-demand. A limited edition will also include a hand-printed cover (screenprint, woodblock print, lino print or other) individually produced so that each cover is different, as a collectable artist-book in 2021.
