From the series of work entitled "Absences" (2002) which explores the Highland Clearances, an ethnic-cleansing of native peasant farmers in Scotland in the 19th-century to make way for (more profitable) sheep-farming. The exhibition included digital prints and a CD sound-track (Catalogue available here) and was the first sound installation in the Czech Republic. This print depicts the 'ghosts' of the exiled women washing their clothes in the sea at Benbecula.
